For any commercial release, I must be credited as the vocalist under my commercial licence terms. If I have co-written the song, royalties must be registered (PRS, BMI, etc.).

It lets you release, sell, stream, or monetise a track with my vocals. I keep performer rights. A commercial license is required for release; full ownership of the master requires a separate buyout. Please credit me as Vocals by Megan Simpson.

If I co-write lyrics or melody, you can release and monetise the song, but royalties must be registered under my name (PRS/BMI/ASCAP). Full ownership of the song requires a separate agreement.

Using vocals without a commercial license is illegal for monetised or sold projects. You could face copyright claims, fines, or content removal. Make sure I am credited as ‘Megan Simpson Vocals’. Contact me if you require more information.

I record vocals with a Rode NT1-A, using Logic Pro X.

Post production on my vocals is not included in any of my packages by default (editing, mixing, mastering). Please be sure to mention when placing your order if you require mixed stems or have any other special requests and we can discuss this further.
